I have two error messages that keep popping up in a customers event log every time that they boot up.

the NDIS 3.0 Packet Driver service failed to start due to the following
The system cannot opent hte file.

The Network load Balancing service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, wither because it is disabled or because it
has no enabled devices associated with it.

There is a disabled network card that the customer is not using. I could try uninstalling this device in the device manager, but upon reboot, won't Windows just find it again?
Am I correct it deducing that it is this disabled network card.

Sounds correct to me
