Hi I'm new to the forum. I'm an average computer user who can usually try and fix minor computer problems on my own. But new technology has me confused and I'm here to get more help. I've spent hundreds of dollars having "computer fix it" people come to my house to fix my computers over the years...what a waste! Hopefully I can get help here.

Most of the time, with the help of our Members who have many different areas of experience and expertise, you can fix computer problems yourself without paying people to do a mediocre job.
Thanks for joining and welcome to BC!
