I have a malware infection where my browser is sometimes redirected to alternate search results when access a result from google. Please can you please me removing it.

I have used CA AV and various other tools. They have found various infections and have removed them but the redirection is persisting and none of the tools are reporting any problem.

OS: Win32 XP SP3

Action to reproduce:
1). Perform search @ google. (Example search: "Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta,")
2). Status bar address given when mouse is placed over the first result gives a microsoft URL.
3). Clicking the link gets the address rewritten to an alternate address ("http://googleads.sgdoubleclick.net/pag...52C") and browser navigates to an alternate site.

What further information do you require?
