Ok a few days ago I got infected with Antivir Soultions Pro. Since fixed using MBAM. However since this time I get random slow down dude to one of the svchost files running at 100%. Also of interest ( to me at least) is the fact one of the svchost.exe's show usage of 123k. Here are logs of todays scans.

Since last post also noticing IE opening a second instance randomly. Usually asking my to dl a registry repair tool. Any help here guys?
