I am working on a computer that has been spywared up several times, and has now recently blue screened. Getting on the internet would add an extra browser (www.news-11-today.com) and all it is doing is throwing pop ups. Also replaced atapi.dll file with windows recovery. There also seems to be a profile called Network Service and it is holding alot of temporary internet files. The machine is still not working properly, and I would like to know if there is anything else that can be done. I have ran Malwarebytes, GMER, and Diagnostics test.

System manufacturer and model?

Curious as to how you concluded that you have a "spyware" problem, when spyware is pretty insignificant (IMO) as a system threat, compared to all other forms of malware.

As for profiles...do you mean there is actually a User Account titled Network Service?

I am just aware of the things that have been taken off this particular machine, including Spyware and Malware. And yes there is a profile, not a user account, that is holding onto alot of temporary internet files.

I'm confused...a profile and a user account are the same thing, in my interpretation.

I'm moving this to the Am I Infected forum for you.

Please post the MBAM and GMER logs that were generated.
