Hello, we will start here.. It appears you have a DNS changing malware.
The problem is actually based in your router and that in turn is infecting all the other computers on your network.
Here is the entire fix(from the beginning) that you will need to run on each PC.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Next disconnect your system from the internet, and your router, then…

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

Next you must reset the router to its default configuration. This can be done by inserting something tiny like a paper clip end or pencil tip into a small hole labeled "reset" located on the back of the router. Press and hold down the small button inside until the lights on the front of the router blink off and then on again (usually about 10 seconds). If you don’t know the router's default password, you can look it up HERE

However, if there are other Zlob-infected machines using the same router, they will need to be cleared with the above steps before resetting the router. Otherwise, the malware will simply go back and change the router's DNS settings. You also need to reconfigure any security settings you had in place prior to the reset. Check out this site here for video tutorials on how to properly configure your router's encryption and security settings. You may also need to consult with your Internet service provider to find out which DNS servers your network should be using.

Once you have ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware on the infected system, and reset the router to its default configuration you can reconnect to the internet, and router. Then return to this site to post your logs.

Please post the Malwarebytes log and let me know how things are running now

I got an alert today from McAfee that it had removed a trojan. Artemis!0A587BBC8462 (Trojan) File: J:/combofix.exe, Process:C:\program files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe, Process descritption: Internet Explorer. Ok, I know that my internet takes for ever to load and when I am on the internet my pages takes forver to load! J-is my flash drive that I insert and it has the log of combofix that I saved from a previous scan!! SO does that mean my flash drive is infecting my machine everytime I insert it, I am in school and need my flash drive daily!! Something is lurking here! I had to restart my computer 3 times for it to boot up and then got a black screen, then please wait, then configuring updates but no updates have been downloaded. So, I checked the event log and found a zillion errors and warnings notifications: (1) the com + event system detected a bad return code during its internal processing, (2) the windows component "NetFx3" successfully installed command line ""C:\Windows system32" netfx3/quiet/norestart.

Thats just to name a few. I was told that you could check the event service and it will tell you some things, but I am soooooooooooo tired of this computer and must use it for school! Can you tell me anything about the post that I posted about the network service, becuz this internet service is acting strange. Asking for passphrase to computer and taking me to my login page but I refused to login because.

To Disable it>>>
Open WMP, click Tools, Options
Select the "Library" tab, and click "Configure Sharing..."
Uncheck "Share my media" and "Find media that others are sharing" checkboxes
Click OK.
Please help me with this! Open WMP- do you mean find windows media player with tools then internet options???? I am lost? Please give me simple directions, I was able to complete the second step with no problem

Ok it appears that you have run ComboFix along the way.. Now we will need yo see what that did and if those changes were responsible.
Only thet have to be poted in a new topic now.

We need a deeper look. Please go here....
Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9,which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
If Gmer won't run, skip it and move on.
Include your ComboFix log.

Let me know if that went well.

Hello,

kymberly, ComboFix is a specialized tool with elements that can be used for harm or good. Because of this, many AV products etc. will flag these. It is not a sign of infection.

Boopme, ComboFix was run during or just prior to receiving assistance in the log forum here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/328782/plagued-with-a-trojan-and-need-to-reformat-and-install/ Helper forgot to clear CF off. Unnecessary to post there. CF can be cleared off here.

Given that, I'm going to delete the new topic in the log forum.

Orange Blossom

p.s. I suspect firewall settings are at fault here
