Windows7Pro64bit Copying from Netware

We have a couple of netware servers were I work (I know i know netware argh) and when copying from a network drive lets call it F: it says F:/Refers to a location that is unavailable. However. I can take that same file. Copy to the windows 7 machines desktop then copy it to the harddrive. Any ideas?
