Cant get rid of this nasty

Hi,
good people of the BC forum.

If anyone can help i would much appriciate it.

virus/trojan detected (and blocked) by norton on my laptop but it cant find it to remove it. Nor will spybot & adaware!?
it has a subtle effect but anoying. i cant re-name text documents on note pad. when i try i get a message that says "if you change the file extension,the file may become unusable". so i click yes and....... it becomes unusable.

Its called. HTTPS Tidserv Request 2 (im dont know what type of virus this is)
its location is windows/system32/svchost.exe

I have attached a log file made with Hijackthis
