Dumb question time: how does Avira know that the TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen virus is inside the DTCSETUP.EXE program?

Should i erase the DTCSETUP.EXE file? And if i'm going to delete that file, i guess i should delete the entire program where the DTCSETUP.EXE is found... yes?

(The program is not from a secure source, so the obvious answer is going to be "don't install anything unless you know where it came from". But is there a chance that this is either a False Positive, or that Avira made a mistake in detecting the TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen virus inside DTCSETUP.EXE?

Also, neither SUPERAntiSpyware, AVG Free, or Emsisoft identified this file as infected with TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen.

Feedback is appreciated...
