I am having a problem with opening my browser (FireFox) after I close it. When I am done using the internet I close my browser (FireFox). Then if I want to go on again I have to reboot my computer before the browser will open. What do I need to do in order to fix this ?

Have you tried to uninstall Firefox then reinstall it? If not I would recommend doing that. Make sure that when you uninstall it. I would remove all personal settings and delete any cookies associated with firefox as well.
Hey look, buddy, I'm an Engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like 'what is beauty?', because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems.

When you close Firefox and before you attempt to open it again, check Task Manager, if any instance of firefox.exe is running
