I seem to spend a lot of time playing on the pogo website and very often I get disconnected and a notepad document appears on my desktop "hs_pid_error (with a number here).

An unexpected error has been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine:
# EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x00000000, pid=2600, tid=3272
# Java VM: Java HotSpot™ Client VM (1.5.0_04-b05 mixed mode)
# Problematic frame:
# C 0x00000000

What is this? Why does it keep happening? and What to do to correct this?
Please, keep the answers simple; I'm new at this. thanks for taking the time....

 luckyducky:

Make sure you have the latest version of Sun Java.

In your Control Panel, double click the Java Icon.
Click the Update tab.
Click the Update Now button.

Follow the rest of the prompts to complete the installation.

Let us know if that helps.
