Ok, so a guy on my floor came down for help today.

Apparently he has a virus on his computer because its displaying that box windows uses for error messages, the one with the big red circle with a white x in it, but it doesn't say anything, just has an OK button, and when you click it, it pops up a few seconds later.

Now i ran a norton scan and surprise surprise, it didn't turn up anything. We noticed a file associated with it called bling.exe and norton and trend micro came up with 2 different things. Neither of their solutions pages helped. I also ran the trend micro scan and it said it was infected with worm_mytob.df but when i went to send for a cleaning ticket, something killed the program.

I was wondering if somone could help me clean out the PC, since i'm expended in the ideas department.
