I recently got a new printer and when I insert the installation disc, the disc is never recognized. It just spins and spins and spins in the disc drive. A found new hardware bubble pops up nearly everytime I restart my computer. When I try to find a driver for the drive (Sony DVD/RW DW-Q58A) my new hardware wizard just continues to search and search until it says it cannot continue because it cannot find the software. I could even have the software downloaded and it still will not recognize it. Any suggestions?

Well, recently I watched a dvd on the comuter. I haven't tried a cd in a while but the last time I ut in a blank cdr, it was never recognized. This new disc is in good shape. I actually tried to install a different printer a few months back and had the same issues.
