Anyone here have a classic car they admire from the old days? I have always liked the Boss Mustang, and there was that cool Shelby Mustang in Gone in 60 Seconds.

I really like older cars, if I won the lottery , that would be what I spent a big chunk of money on. I dislike the newer cars with their computers , airbags and etc.

I'm partial to Camero, Firebird and Mustang, if it is a car to drive everyday. Downside is they are all gas hogs. I think it balances out some what because they cost a lot less to maintain.

What I'm driving now is a 79 Camero.

Currently, I own a 76 Monte Carlo-all original parts. ~75K original miles. Pic to follow.

I guess it did. I see it's cheap, too.

Not really a Vette fan, but that a nice car.

Can't wait to see the pic of your Monte Carlo, JEservices. My friend's uncle had a midnight blue one, OMG. Loved that car!! I can't quite remember the year though.

My fave would definitely have to be the Shelby from Gone in 60 Seconds! :trumpet:
I asked my dad for one for my b-day, of course he said no! :flowers:

Yeah, there are all kinds of classic cars. I would even say the Dodge Viper is reaching an age where it could be called a modern classic.
GM made a few cool cars too back in the day, I will give them that.

I don't really know a lot about cars. But I used to babysit for a couple who had a car like this one. I love the old Dodge Challengers. I found this pic on E-bay. This is a 1970 Challenger. Niiice...
