Combofix log

I've had a trojan I think. I've shifted it with Malwarebytes.

Edit: Combofix log deleted having read forum guide.

Sorry, just saw the warning not to run combofix unsupervised. Sorry again.

I had a persistent warning that my computer was infected from a virus suite I hadn't even installed. I more or less completely lost control of my PC.
Had to restart in safe and run Malwarebytes.

What should I do next.

Hello, now that you have run it it would be best to post it with these as there is relevamt info there.

Preparation Guide ,do steps.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic,thanks.
Skip the GMER part.
Include the ComboFix log you have..
