My COMDO Firewall often interrupts, what I am doing on the desk top, be it typing, or working on other applications, . . .

I joined the COMODO forum, but am not sure about getting an answer any time soon, . .

So, I thought I'd ask, . is there a easy to read Manual that can give tweak and use tips, for those of us who are baffled by its amazing powers ?

If you just installed it, it takes some time of learning process.
With time it'll bother you less and less.

Sorry Broni, . . but I don't like to admit it but, I am a bit, well could I say, "thick headed",

without doing to much personal damage to myself.

I have had it for a while, and it is starting to get to me, but as you, 'imply", I suppose I should be making some modifications, so I will get to the, Help, file and see if I can gleen some understanding, . .

appreciate your reply.

Can you give me some example of Comodo interruption?

There is one important curve in Comodo's learning.
When it interrupts you and you know, that a file, process, or an action, it's asking about is safe, make sure you tell Comodo it's trusted application:

...and make sure "Remember my action" is checked.
Comodo shouldn't bother you anymore about that particular action.

For example, if I am typing in any application, I most alwys look at my keyboard when typing, . . many times I look up to see the COMODO window and when it popped up, although I am typing the letters and words I have typed are not here, . . .

When in a graphic application, if I paste something about that time COMODO pops up and what I have pasted disappears, . .

I'll read into your last post and see what's up,

Meanwhile, on a slightly different topic but one that may also help, I did get an answer from COMODO, I guess I did not click instant reply, . .

Re: Which Product to develop next?

Hello,
I'm a Newbie, . .

and have a curious nature, that is why I'd like to see a COMODO product that would be some type of click on button that each time a COMODO window pops up, the click would take you to an exact picture of that
COMODO window message and then explain what it means, and referencing the computer terms to relative definitions, etc. possibly even a reference to that particular message to forum information where it has been discussed, where, you might want to join or activate the discussion.

Thanks for the chance to interchange ideas !

Go to http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-securi...ty-software.php
Select the software, click on the 'Features' tab, there are the explanation of every features in the product.

I don't really see much at "Features" tab.

Much Thanks Broni, . .
I need to make some time, . . Man it's warm today, I'm seriously considering the beach today, it's only six blocks away, have only been there to fish for years, . .

Mostly sitting here in front of this PC, trying to get the various jobs I have lined up completed, . Take it easy, keep cool . .

are you getting sandbox alerts when you open an application?

If so and it is one of your trusted apps you should select to not run in the sandbox again and restart the application.

You should get few alerts for common programs and anything allowed with remember should not pop up again.
