Hi,

Just built a new system running Windows Pro 64Bit having issues with the internal card reader which is plugin direct to Motherboard on a 8 pin plug.

Sometimes it works and others nothing at all.

Need to find some generic drivers for the card reader.

Cheers,

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Just a generic internal card reader no brand on it sorry.

Is this normal for Win 7 to have issue with internal card readers plugged into MB.

Cheers,

Hye,

What information would you like I can get it straight from device manager if you require.

Do you think when they release SP1 for Win7 it could fix the issue.

BTW I should state that the PC its on its a hr away in a different location to the system I'am on now.

Cheers,

Look on the device itself.
