I own a Dell inspiron 6400 , operating system: Windows XP
The problem is my own laptop has almost everything infected with I believe malware, worm, Trojan, adware, and backdoor (?). I can't even use the internet, nor open any programs I own. Expect my documents. Right now, am using my other laptop. I really, want this virus(s) out of my Dell. Am scared these viruses will take my personal information on the internet. More worse is my whole computer might crash and I won't be able to rescue all my docs.
As soon as I turned on my laptop, Antivir Solution Pro started doing a scan. Since am not on the infected computer I will type what it came up with:

Is that program that affected my whole laptop? Should I really let it scan my laptop like that?
I do also have a few questions. Can I reboot the whole computer? You know, to reboot to it's original default self. Will rebooting the laptop get rid of the viruses?
Also, if it possible to insert a usb drive to move all my docs out of there? Am scared if I do use a usb drive, it might get infected too.
Please, please someone walk me through a process of getting rid of all these nasty viruses! I don't want to use my laptop, and all it's docs I have.
thank you advanced!
