Hello I am new to forums. I have never had virus before but now i have a really bad one it seems. I cannot get rid of it at all. I have tried everything. Even replaced the hard drive with a brand new one and reinstalled the OS. Still it was there. I can input a search request but then when i click on the result it will redirect me to a ad site or another search engine. Please if you can help me I would be so very grateful.

Hello lion3.

A question before we get started, do you use a wireless internet connection?
