EvtMgr6 - Do I need It?

I found this in the list of startup files. I am trying to eliminate everything that doesn't need to start up (and slow things down). This particular file isn't among the searchable startup database.

Logitech SetPoint control software for their range of wired and wireless keyboards and pointing devices (mice, trackballs, etc). Required if you want to use the advanced features or modify the default settings of these devices
