Hello, I have a client who has an AOL free e-mail account. Yesterday, when she tried to log in to get mail, it asked for her credit card number, address and bank PIN number. Called AOL and they claim it is a virus and must be removed by whatever virus protection program she is running. We scanned it with McAfee and also Malware Bytes. Both programs found and removed items but the issue still exists. Naturally, AOL is not too helpful. Anyone out there know how to get rid of this bugger?
