Thinking I was a smarty pants I decided to disable some of the vista start up programs, now when I boot up vista wont start either normal mode or safe mode.

I have a virtual copy of xp which I can boot from a cd, how would I access the startup sequence via a virtual system. I'll be able to see the c drive files I think. (im now at work!)
