Hello all from New Hampshire. I have a long IT history in varying depths with varying success at fixing problems. I have come here today because I am ready to throw in the towel and reload my OS. I am hoping that the wise folks here may have better insight to my problem and point me in the right direction.

I am an office manager and am often called upon for computer issues. I've fought many a battle against malicious programs using many tools such as Malware Bytes, Spyware Doctor, Hijack This, and a few online scanners (I'm currently running a full scan using Actice Scan 2.0 from PandaSecurity.com.

I'll post my full problem in the proper location and take whatever advice you may have to offer. I've already gone through our regular IT technician and stumped him.

So before I have to start over from scratch, I'll try this site.
