Not really a Vista problem persay, but it's a laptop running Vista.
So, a laptop running Vista, that has the Panda AV installed.
On the taskbar, bottom right, a panda face shows up (ie Panda antivirus).
Then on the same taskbar, bottom left, another panda face shows up for the same thing??
Bit confused now. What's the difference in the left/right of the taskbar and how do l get rid of the the left side?
Thanks

Hello, the left side is called the Quick Launch and the right side the notification area.
Basic difference is items on the left can be opened with one click. The right side shows how item installed communicate the status of something on your computer or provide access to certain settings.

A quick explanation and how to alter/ adjust these is found by ...
Clicking the Start >> Help and Support >> then type Toolbars
Then on the right side ... make a selection under In this article
