 I had a problem booting my computer, but then I reconfigured the settings and set back to a date when the computer was operating normally. But now it boots up and the windows startup screen appears but there is no start menu on the screen. The only thing on it i the Windows background. What did I do wrong? & What do I need to fix this problem? I am very Deperate!

I have the Windows XP Home Edition

I've lost the Taskbar and Start button from my desktop. How can I get it back?
