When I go to Help and Support I get the following error message: Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed.

Also, not sure if it's related but I'm unable to install updates KB979909, KB982524 & KB982168. Been trying since June 11 and I can't locate an error code?

I've unsuccessfully tried the MS help site for any relevant assistance. anyone familiar with either problems, please?

From what I see, that error message only applies/appears when users have tried to install something via the optical drive.
