Something's wrong with my Volume Control.
It was fine until one day, while I was listening to music on youtube.com, I couldn't hear the song after 2 minutes.
I restarted the laptop, but the volume didn't work. I opened the Volume Control and saw the wave turn down to 0 although I didn't do anything. I turned it up to maximum and continued listening to music on iTunes. Two minutes later, the wave turned down to 0 again. It continued turning down to 0 after every 2 minutes.
Moreover, when I turn the wave up, I heard the sound of the advertising although I didn't use the internet. I use Firefox, but Internet Explorer popped up some websites. I don't know what's wrong with it.
I used Malware and McAfee to scan for virus, but no virus was found.
I don't know what to do
