Hi sorry to be a pain but I recently had alot of help from you guys to fix my computer & thought the problem was solved....computer was running fine with no pop ups etc but when I tried to use it today it was taking a while to load, then when it finally did before showing any desktop icons, start menu etc a small box popped up in top left corner of the screen saying 'setting up personalised settings for windows'....once the screen had loaded all my photos & the internet desktop icon was missing, this problem happened previouly as explained earlier on in my last post, the only way I can get everything back & to load normally is to restore system to a previous date but it seems to happen again then every week or so  I havnt restored system again yet I wanted to explain to you first & see what you advised me to do? At the moment I'm using the Internet on my phone as if I try to load Internet via start menu it asks me to do a Internet toolbar setup.....aprieciate all your help, thanks :flowers:
