Hi

I recently purchased a new computer with Windows 7 operating system. Since changing I have had continual problems with blue screen computer crashes when I have Skype open on my computer, so I am assuming it must be linked with using skype. Has anyone any idea why this might be happening and what may fix it.

Thanks.

Skype uses port 80 to access the net, so it could be a firewall issue.

Hello candelo,

It could possibly be webcam related considering your blue screens are only when using Skype. Have you tried to open your default webcam program? Does it blue screen as well?
