I have been having the same issues for about two days now. It goes to the DELL Studio screen, and remains black. The computer has been on for the last 48 hours and Windows has not loaded yet.

Please start your own discussion, as your issue can be completely different then the one Masta is describing.

Was it doing anything Major (like updating the BIOS) or installing new updates when you accidently hit the switch. Do you have Windows 7 Disc if so I would start up using the Disc and select Repair my Computer>>System Restore> Click on the Last Saved Restore Point or right a few days before you hit the switch Let Say If you accidently hit the switch on Monday than I would restore up to Last wednesday.

If System Restore fails please respond back and we will take another route to your problem.
