Another google redirect

Hi! I've been reading the forums here, and I notice a lot of things that I dont know what they mean, like GMER and combofix (although I gather that I'm not supposed to do that unless I'm specifically told to do that) so I was hoping to sort of start from page 1 with this one .

I have the google redirect virus, it doesn't happen everytime, but it happens most times. when I search something I'll have to reclick the link 5-6 times before I finally get where I wanted to be. Yuck!

I ran ATF cleaner and also Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware and removed all the files it told me to. But, of course, I still have the google problem. Please help! Thank you so much,

ok long story short, it wont let me paste my DDS log, anytime i run GMER the blue screen of death comes up, and I can't get my computer to boot in safe mode. Please help!
