Hi all,

I have very little experience with Vista. I'm trying to clean out a friend's infected computer. I ran Malwarebytes and Superantispyware and it seemed that all was well except that I looked into the processes and feel there's too many running; like I said, I have very little experience with Vista and was wondering if that is a sign of infection or if it is normal. Below are screenshots of the processes. Please help...Thx.
