i just experienced this wacky thing. i have a fresh laptop that i am working on, currently installing software from scratch - direct from each appropriate software titles' website.
client data has yet to be restored or even plugged in as of yet.

spybot 1.62 already installed, updated, immunized
AVG installed, updated

roboform installer (latest as of july 12, 2010) generates warning from spybot that it has blocked the process: RoboTaskBarIcon.exe

saying that it has been identified as: win32.downloader.dequ

i can't find anything about this online. i thought to post it in case somebody has some input.

cheers,
randall

btw, the computer is running Win7 home premium. if anybody feels that a hijack this log file is needed i will make the effort to do so, though it seems unnecessary given that all 7 titles of software are from legitimate sources.

chrome
firefox
adobe PDF reader
flash player
spybot
AVG
roboform

thanks for any input,
randall
