New problem. Running Windows XP. My screen scrolls to the top of the page every few minutes and I can't scroll down until I hit the right arrow screen and then it stops. I've had this problem in the past and it stopped but I can't remember if it was something I did or if it fixed itself. Any ideas?

I have run all my virus scans and malware scans.

Thanks.

The screen scrolls to the top. As if someone has their finger on the up arrow button and won't let go.
