hi i've been having a problem with this for a few months now and i've finally decided to do something about it... my norton keeps getting rid of it when it pops up...but there's always a new one with a new name to come later...i get a popup about every hour and a half about it.... always a file that starts with a q and has some numbers and ends in .dll

anyways here's my log

Hi iforgetus,

So sorry for the delay in getting to you. Could you please post a fresh HijackThis log so we can see if anything has changed and that you haven't done anything else to resolve this?

The fate of all mankind, I see

Is in the hands of fools
