The situation: couple weeks had a backdoor.bot and trojans; thought I had successfully removed everything. Yesterday my husband logged in under his username first time since infection "cleaned" when he logged out the screen went black and everything was frozen. He did not try to switch users but logged out.
I restarted the computer and it said that I had 378 emails under my log in name, he had 128 emails under his log in name, the date and time had been changed. I ran Super Spyware and Webroot and both said computer clean. I am very puzzled and not sure what my next step be. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
