Hi everyone. my first time on this forum but I belong to a couple of others. I mainly register on forums to help people and it is not that I am an expert or have certifications, degrees but what I do have is a lot of experience. I have worked with Windows enviornment basically as a user or higher end user but my expertise was in Unix System Administration and as a Unix Technical Support Engineer in datacenters and as a Unix Software Support Engineer. So, I have the background in knowing how to troubleshoot simple to complex problems and I have the ability to research just like everyone else does but I believe I possess a strong sense of ownership in complex problems and I don't give up easily. Just about every error, problem has a solution, you just need to find the solution in a timely manner. When your company is paying a customer $10,000 PER MINUTE when they are down, trust me, you find a solution, document it like your life was at stake.
