hi,i am new to this forum and need some help.not very good at computors so would appreciate the simple touch,my computor seems to have lost the system restore tab and what ever ideas i have been told to do it doesnt work.started at 12.30 today with a virus warning and i am still trying now.would really appreciate some good but simple advise on anyones ideas thanks.

to be honest i dont know,all i will say is i am very naive on computors so wouldnt really know what was bad and what wasnt.
