I have the virus that redirects my to random ad sites and Spybot found virtumonde.dll and QiwangC.RegistryEasy but is now asking for permission to change registry entries (quite a lot of them), is there a better way to remove these?

I have tried a whole host of anti-virus malware programs but none will erase the re-direct in web searches.

Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

Internet Explorer 8.
