Where can I get (and how can I install) bootskins and logon screens for Windows 7....

Preferably an official (or official looking) FBI or CIA or NCIS or one of those other cool Agencies......

and just any cool or decent boot screen that isnt officially a boring windows boot screen (Like the glowing balls of color that swirl around and then form the Windows Flag...)

Any help, comments, suggestions, insults, compliments, advice, anything at all, is welcome.

What boot screen are you talking about? Where I work we have no "Agency" specific boot screen. It is just the default Windows Logon/Boot Screen. If you one of those ones you see in the movies, then you are out of luck.

I speak of those on WinCustomize, my fault for forgetting to mention that.

I see boot screens and logon screens for XP, but I dont have XP...XDDDD Ima get my dad to buy me Win XP

Thanks anyway Cryp ;D

(Although it would be cool to have a fully customizable boot/logon screen, now wouldn't it)

Might as well add this:

Standard Mandatory DoD Notice and Consent

You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System (IS) that is provided for USG-authorized use only.

By using this IS (which includes any device attached to this IS), you consent to the following conditions:

* The USG routinely intercepts and monitors communications on this IS for purposes including, but not limited to, penetration testing, COMSEC monitoring, network operations and defense, personnel misconduct (PM), law enforcement (LE), and counterintelligence (CI) investigations.
* At any time, the USG may inspect and seize data stored on this IS.
* Communications using, or data stored on, this IS are not private, are subject to routine monitoring, interception, and search, and may be disclosed or used for any USG authorized purpose.
* This IS includes security measures (e.g., authentication and access controls) to protect USG interests - not for your personal benefit or privacy.
* Notwithstanding the above, using this IS does not constitute consent to PM, LE or CI investigative searching or monitoring of the content of privileged communications, or work product, related to personal representation or services by attorneys, psychotherapists, or clergy, and their assistants. Such communications and work product are private and confidential. See User Agreement for details.

For the effect you are wanting.
