I've followed the instructions on removing AV Security Suite, however it seems my internet is still blocked. I tested the cable on my laptop (where I'm working now) and that connection is good.
When I go to check on my Windows Firewall, I get the "Windows cannot start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connections Sharing (ICS) service" message.
I've run the Avira Rescue CD Wizard, rkill, Malwarebytes, and SAS (SAS has been run multiple times) - in that order. I have also unchecked the Proxy Server box in the LAN settings.
I'm running XP Pro SP2.
I have to leave in an hour and will be unavailable for 4 hours once I leave. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
UPDATE: Still no progress...any help is appreciated!
