Referred from here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/330574/wave-volume-keeps-muting-itself/ ~ OB

ive seen this issue before in this forum, however none of the options have helped me. I now wait for assistance and to be instructed! i do not know what info u guys need before helping me out.

i followed the steps here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

and i was able to run DDS but GMER either gives me a blue screen after a while or freezes the pc. Symptoms of this infection are:
multiple instances of iexplorer.exe running, even when not using it.
wave bar from volume mutes itself after a while.
ie opens a banner periodically.

Not sure how to proceed now. I attached the logs from DDS.

edit: i was avised by boopme to not install/uninstall anything after uploading the log files, but i had already installed avast so i reran DDS to get accurate logs.
