I was pretty sure I rec'd a trojan/virus from link yesterday eveninng and after downloading Malwarebytes it removed a Trojan.FakeAlert.

This morning I am constantly receiving notices every 5 minutes from WinPatrol about a new startup program wanting to initiate: Winlogon\Userinit.exe

so I finally clicked Yes...and no more notices after several reboots

I guess my question is, is this unusual? Am I still infected unknowingly? Should I remove this program via WinPatrol? By the way...Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, HitmanPro, Panda did not detect anything bar tracking cookies

Any help, or reassurance, would be appreciated!
