I posted earlier and was move somewhere because I didn't follow the prep guidelines, but I can't. I have tried to download defogger and dds to thumbdrive to get this info from the other laptop, but nothing will run. There is a Secuity Popup that is stopping everything. I tried going into it and says do not run on startup. I can't get to the control window to uninstall it. I can't get it to let me remove it from the tray on the bottom. I don't know what to do. I tried to get you a print screen, but when I try to open any application this "Security Tool" says it is infected and closes it down.

I have downloaded on a thumb drive and will try it when I get home tonight. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll let you know.
