Hello there,

I have an Acer and on the laptop I am able to use Acer eRecovery to reinstall windows XP. I have Windows 7 on another partition and I borrowed the disk off a mate. If I use Acers eRecovery, will it remove the partition I made for W7 and remove W7?

Regards

If the disk has a paritioner, then it won't. If the disk just blindly re-installs XP, i have no guarentees.
