I have a trojan agent. My security software, which is a bundle provided by my cable supplier in the UK, Virgin Media, removes it every time I start up the computer but of course it reappears the next time I start the computer. It directs me to fraudulent web sites. The error message is something like

Warning, trojan.agent.APVF removed from its host file, C:\WINDOWS\owisehegcub.dll

Is there any way I can permanently remove this trojan so it doesn't keep reappearing when I re-start my computer? I've tried using SuperAntiSpyware, AVG and Malewarebytes but none of them find it.

Many thanks,
