I'm running a computer that has the Windows 7 OS 64-bit.

My scanners pick up nothing, but my computer is constantly slow. As I type this my pointer is flashing the waiting symbol at me a lot. As mentioned it takes a good 20 minutes to boot up into windows, but during that time I need to not touch anything. I did clean the dust out of the machine a few hours ago to see if that was the problem, but alas my machine is still slower than hell.

To add, I have scanned my computer, but my anti-virus, and other anti-malware programs picked up nothing. I know there is something creeping on my computer due to system restores being the only way to fully fix it. Any suggestions for me as to what I should do whilist I read up on the stickies?
