It appears to be a common problem that others are having as well. Can I run through some of the recommended fixes or should I wait for assistance?

My computer had a virus or two and I was able to get those fixed about a month ago and installed new anti-virus software (Norton). However, periodically I am still having problems with internet redirects. Today it seems extremely pervasive. If I run my anti-virus scan it says it fixes threats and then the problem seems to disappear for a while, but then just comes right back. I have run malware-bytes here is the log file. Not sure which steps to take next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
