Hi all

I know this question has been asked before and I followed the help provided which was to copy the Rundll32.exe file from C:\Windows\System32\DllCache folder to the System32 folder. I have gone into my system32 folder and can not find DLLCache! I have done a search and no results.

Is there anything else I can do? I don't have the disk that came with the laptop.

Help  :flowers:

every time I try to access certain files like windows security center or my keyboard settings. I also have this red icon of a shield with a white cross on my icon bit at the bottom right hand corner of my screen (windows security alerts) if I try to open it, I get the error message again
