How can i start windows normally?

i have followed you tutorial on combofix for me to remove svchost.exe appplicatio and it did worked. my problem now is every time i start windows it always ask me to choose between WINDOWS RECOVERY CONSOLE and WINDOWS Proffesional XP oprion. How can i get rid of it? pls halp me. Thank you so much.

Why would you want to"get rid of" the Recovery Console? It is a very powerful & valuable tool...just IN CASE something goes awry on your OS. Another question: How did you "remove" svchost.exe application (I am assuming you neglected to add the word "error") using Combofix? Who told you to run CF UNATTENDED?????? What did it "remove", replace, delete, change, etc, that fixed whatever problem you had (and may STILL have)????

In XP Home, which is my OS, when logging on the option to choose the RC has a three second timeout by default and then loads XP if I do not choose the RC. No big deal, what's a 3 second delay when it means you have the option to boot to the Recovery Console which as I said previously is most definitely a VERY GOOD "weapon" to have in your arsenal.
